PRP 10 - Design Upgrades to Wharf Water Management System

Licence Condition
The licensee must engage a suitably qualified and experienced person to design upgrades to the wharf water management system to reduce the frequency of overflows and improve the reliability of the system. The licensee must ensure that the proposed upgrades are able to manage a rainfall intensity of 95 mm/hour. The work may be conducted in accordance with the report titled "Carrington Coal Terminal Wharf Water Management System Upgrades Project Plan" prepared by the licensee, dated April 2017. A report describing the detailed design outcomes and whether they are considered feasible and reasonable must be provided to the EPA's Director - Hunter at PO Box 488G, Newcastle NSW 2300, or emailed to hunter.region@epa.nsw.gov.au. Date for completion: 20 December 2017.
